She’s Always Aroused!

Sex obsession is causing her worry.

Case #: 105

Concern:

I've discovered that I have Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome (PSAS) and only masturbation and orgasm with or without my boyfriend can release my clitoral swelling. When I have an orgasm, the euphoria is so explosive that my eyes almost literally roll to the back of my head.

I am pretty healthy now, but I had a cocaine addiction. After being diagnosed with Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome (PSAS), I decided to clean myself up. I even stopped taking birth control pills. I am worried that no man can satisfy me. My mind is so screwed up that I can’t stop thinking about sex. I also worry that I might lose my job due to ill performance caused by this disorder.

Discussion:

Most likely, long term use of birth control and sexual exhaustion has disrupted your hormonal production and has produced an overabundance of prostaglandin E2 while over-sensitizing your clitoris and vagina. The intricate balance of oxytocin, prolactin, and estrogen is often mis-regulated in women who experience PGAS, which results in constant stimulation of the sexual responses that fail to cease through biofeedback mechanisms.

Persistent Genital Arousal Syndrome

Persistent Genital Arousal Syndrome (PGAS) is the phenomenon of spontaneous and persistent genital arousal with or without orgasm or genital engorgement. It is unrelated to any feelings of sexual desire. Women who suffer from PGAS are often labeled as nymphomaniacs. Unfortunately, nymphomaniac women may need attention from more than just one person. This results in infidelity. For women with strong morals, it can lead to internal conflict and depression.

It is necessary to have both oxytocin and prolactin in your bloodstream to feel satisfied after sex, but masturbation won't induce much oxytocin release. However, it can produce a lot of prostaglandin E2 within the clitoris, urethra, and vagina, triggering the adrenal medulla and hypothalamus to release excess epinephrine into the bloodstream, resulting in persistent genital arousal after masturbating.

Research has shown that the consumption of dairy products injected with growth hormones might result in a higher risk of PGAS. Many dairy producers are using analog prostaglandin E2 to induce cows into heat in order to produce milk. Consuming non-organic dairy products leads to an intake of residual prostaglandin E2 analog, which can cause PGAS.

Pregnancy can also lead to PGAS for some women. A pregnant woman's clitoris, vulva, uterus, cervix and pelvic cavity are painlessly swollen and enlarged by Prostaglandin E1, E2 and E3, oxytocin, nitric oxide, and estrogen. If the liver doesn’t release sufficient SHGB proteins (causing the pituitary to release a high level of oxytocin with a low level of prolactin), pregnancy will boost sexual desire and orgasm responses, possibly leading to PGAS or even a miscarriage.

Take herbs from the Hormonal Realignment formula, to balance your hormonal production and reduce your inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 production. The synergetic blend of herbs in this formula can help your endocrine system to regulate your androgen hormones at an optimal level. Try to change your diet by consuming more organic foods. Drink organic milk. Avoid eating meat containing pink slime, often found in fast-food burgers. The recovery process is gradual, so be patient and seek support from our forum.
